- 2 cups fennel (thinly sliced)

- 3 cloves garlic (sliced)
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme (or 1 teaspoon dry)
- 1 sprig rosemary (or 1/2 teaspoon dry)
- 6 sprigs parsley (or 1 teaspoon dry)
