Amazing! Came out so soft and tasty. I used olive oil instead of parchment paper and seemed to work very well. It was also very sticky when I was making the dough and hard to shape but patience and hard work paid off. I will definitely make again.

I am currently making this for the third time. The bread is wonderful, and the recipe is simple, but every time I've made it the dough is a different consistency. The first time it was a very wet, sticky dough. The second, it was soft and less sticky. This third batch is very wet again. I don't know what the issue is.

Made this bread yesterday and wife and daughter loved it. I may have overworked the dough a little but it came out great and we all ate way too much. Olive oil, salt,pepper and garlic with this is a great afternoon snack!!!
