Delicious! I made mine slightly bigger so I could add more pie filling and they turned out great!

Turned out great, but if I where to change one thing, it would be to make slightly larger versions, 2.5 inch cookie cutter, just to get more filling into it

These are amazing! They are good cold; but also if you take a couple and heat them up and put some ice cream on top they are just like apple pie.

These are absolutely killer!! I made my own apple pie filling (with a teeny tiny bit of whiskey) cuz nothing beats homemade. I will admit I got lazy with the crust and used store bought, but they couldn’t have been any more delicious!
I had some leftover apple filling, so it’s going to top off my morning bowl of steel cut oatmeal for the next couple of days! Double win!

I have made this before with a different shape-as in Chinese dumpling.
It's easy and delicious. Will try with pie crust.
