i had to use 8 eggs and a full box of bread crumbs for just 3 zucchinis, and they were meh. not worth the work to double dip them in egg and crumbs

Makes a decent side dish. The only thing I added was Parmesan cheese at about 5 minutes prior to them being done in the oven.

They turned out ok, just a little bland for my taste. Seemed like too much work for something that wasn't that great.

made these zucchini fries a few times now. used butter to dip them in instead of egg. we love dipping them in sweet chilli sauce.

Worked good for me. Crispy and a great change from fries! I did add garlic powder, salt, pepper and Mrs. Dash.

I really enjoyed these :) i didn't have panic bread crumbs so i just used regular and it worked out fine. I added sesame seeds and other spices as well. Only problem was it took a while for the breadcrumbs to stick to the egged zucchini but i eventually got it- i think i just did it wrong.

I made these tonight My family gobbled them up! Loved them and easy to make. I did add parm cheese, garlic powder and onion powder to the panko for extra added flavor!

Never really cared for zucchini but had to try this. Ohhhhh it came out excellent! 12 minutes on each side in my NuWave Oven and no spraying of oil. Also only single dip of egg/bread crumbs. Never knew zucchini could taste so good!

Yummmy, my hubby wouldn't eat zucchini, -that is until he tried these ! I added some grated cheese to half. Easy to make and very tasty. I'll be making these quite often. Thanks !
PS: Note to Linda K: Why leave low scoring and negative feedback when you didn't even try this ? You sound like you need cooking classes and less time on the internet given your criticism and comparison of asparagus to zucchini ! *eye roll*
