- 1 cup mayo (heavy, such as Hellmann's)
- 1 cup sour cream (thick, such as Daisy)
- 2 Tbsp. whole grain mustard (I use Maille Old Style)
- 1/2 Tbsp. heavy cream (half and half, or milk)
- 2 tsp. chardonnay (chilled)
- 1 clove garlic (or half of a medium to large clove, very finely minced or run through a garlic press, to taste, *see note)
- 1/4 tsp. Sriracha sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt (regular, or to taste)
- 1/8 tsp. coarse ground black pepper (or to taste)
- 1 tsp. honey (real, I used Sue Bee's Sage Honey)
- 5 oz. crumbled gorgonzola cheese (a little over a cup, I used Stella and saved a nice tablespoon aside to garnish the top, optional)
- 1/3 cup bacon bits (REAL, I just use Hormel's,, *imitation bacon bits are not recommend)
- 2 scallions (spring, finely sliced or snipped with kitchen scissors, both white and green part, or about 2 Tbl., or to taste as you like)
