- 300 grams suet (shredded, Atora, is what you’re looking for and vegetarian if you prefer)
- 300 grams muscovado sugar (light)
- 1 orange
- 2 lemons
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon (each of, ground nutmeg and ground cloves)
- 100 mL liquid (your choice of, – water, brandy, whiskey, Amaretto, in fact I plumped for a gingerbread coffee syrup – mmmm!)
