- 10 chorizos (beef)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil (you can add more if you like, i do sometimes)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (be careful with salt because chicken broth usually has some already)
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 10 oz. cherry tomatoes
