I wasn’t the biggest fan of this but my girlfriend enjoyed it. I think adding some cheese to the mix would be nicer. Also, I was using large chicken breasts so had to cook it for twice the time before it was cooked through.

Chicken was perfectly cooked, the filling was amazing and perfect with mash potato!!! Mmmm
