- 350 grams chorizo sausage (quartered and sliced)
- 1 brown onion (finely diced)
- 1 broccoli (Flower, finely diced)
- 1 zucchini (finely grated)
- 800 grams diced tomato
- 1 carrot (finely grated)
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 2 tsp. vegetable oil
- 400 grams beans
- oregano (to taste)
- paprika (to taste)
- 500 grams pasta

Directions
- Prepare non-tinned vegetables and chorizo as per directions and place into a mixing bowl. Mix all ingredients together.
- Bring a pan up to medium temperature with the vegetable oil.
- Place the vegetable and chorizo mix and into the pan and saute for five minutes.
