Delicious! Turned out great! I added olives and shashito peppers which gave a nice kick.

doubled the chorizo, and used chicken chorizo instead of pork. my potatoes weren't as crisp as i wanted, but probably because they were too wet. used tajin seasoning instead of lime zest. overall 9.5/10
