The taste was very good. I used Quesadilla cheese as I couldn’t find the others suggested.
But, the dip was stiff, not creamy. I stirred in cream and then microwaved it to make it soft enough to dip.
There is no way for 2 cups of melted cheese will feed 10 people. That’s 1/8 to 1/4 cups per person. So about 5 chips.
I will try the recipe again, but use the microwave in 30 second bursts and add cream or milk.
