- 1 avocado (large, pitted and diced)
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup red onion (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Tahini
- 1 lemon (large)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 6 Tbsp. warm water (depending on how thick you want the dressing)
