- 2 carrots (medium size, peeled and thinly sliced)
- 2 stalks celery (thinly sliced)
- 1 green pepper (chopped)
- 4 oz. mushrooms (drained)
- 2 cups bean sprouts (fresh, or 1 can, 16 oz bean sprouts, drained)
- 8 oz. bamboo shoots (sliced, drained)
- 8 oz. water chestnuts (sliced, drained)
- 28 oz. stir fry vegetables (drained)
- 8 green onions (medium, with tops, sliced)
- 1/3 cup water
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. ginger (fresh grated)
- 4 Tbsp. chili sauce
- jasmine rice (or Chow Mein Noodles)
