- 1 cup celery (cut up)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup rice (uncooked)
- salt (to taste)

Directions
- Brown hamburger, celery, & onion.
- Add soups, soy sauce, water, salt, & uncooked rice.
- Bake 35 to 45 min. in a dish at 350 degrees.
- Sprinkle 1 can of Chinese noodles on top & then return to oven.
- Bake another 5min. to crisp.
