- 1/2 bunch green onions (thinly sliced, about ¾ cup)
- 1/2 pt. cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
- 1/2 head romaine lettuce (about 4 cups chopped)

- 2 tsp. minced garlic (about 2 cloves)
