These are my favorite cookie yet. Kind of a pain to get the pomegranates out but great cookies. Nevada knows what they are talking about when this is their favorite Christmas Cookie.

These turned out wonderful! I did make a couple of changes, but everyone loves them. I used white wheat flour, unsweetened applesauce instead of butter, and cut the sugar to 1 cup. They turned out very cakey, soft, and gooey. I will certainly make these again.

It was lovely- i only modification was using 1/2 Mexican Vanilla 1/2 organic vanilla.
Very moist.
