If you want something that tastes just like a cow’s milk pudding, this isn’t it. The first time I tried avocado pudding, I did not love it but the more I ate, the more I could appreciate it as a chocolate dessert made with avocados. I am prone to adding a bit more melted chocolate and honey than is called for but now I am a total lush. Forget a few spoonfuls, I will eat a whole avocado’s worth!

Smooth and comforting mouth feel. Lucious taste, one of those things you hide in the back of the fridge so you don't have to share the last portion.

Granted I added Chia Seed and yogurt for added health benefits but it was the avocado and chocolate which added the awesomeness- wow!
