- 1/4 cup mixed peel (glace)
- 150 grams ground almonds
- 50 grams brown rice flour
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa (I use Valrhona)
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg (each, and sea salt)
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves (each, and black pepper)
