- 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder (I use Dutch-process, but natural should work, too)
- 1 large egg
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar (or unrefined or brown cane sugar)
- 1 Tbsp. dark rum
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 Tbsp. coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (preferably Tahitian)
- dark rum (splash, to taste)
