This is the most moist chocolate cake I’ve ever had! And the combo of the light, sweet cake with the slightly salty/creamy of the frosting is amazing! I left off the ganache and honestly I don’t think it needed it. Double the frosting if you want enough to completely cover the cake. I left the sides ‘naked’ and I think it looked ok and was still plenty of frosting since it’s three layers. I did use cooking sprayed parchment paper on the bottom of the pans, I was afraid just butter would not be enough to make them not stick.

super delicious and very moist. it was like a reeses cake. everyone LOVED it!!

Fabulous. I’ve made this 3 times for family members and it’s been such a hit I am making another today for my bro n laws parents... Yummly Keep meaning to make a frosting update: recipe is for a dbl layer cake, Not a triple. You’ll need more if you want to decorate the top as well. I just made a dbl batch.
