    Obviously a gluten-free recipe, given the crumbly texture. However, has a good flavour and the zucchini is not noticeable. I replaced the maple syrup with honey and added a bunch of chocolate chips, because, why not!? My husband, who has a gluten-free allergy, was very pleased with them.
