I was really looking for a normal zucchini bread, not a chocolate one, but it was tough to find one that didn't use any oil, so I thought I'd try this one. It's a bit of an odd consistency. I do like that it's not very sweet. The bread did drop quite a bit when I took it out of the oven, so it looks a bit funny as well. Can't say it's my favorite, will probably continue looking for other options.
