This was a fun easy recipe to make. I was really suspect about the amount of cinnamon being called on. I wish I had gone with my gut because 2 tsp of cinnamon was WAY too much. Everyone who had a slice has said politely that its really overpowering :(
This cake would be perfect with 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
Of course its all a matter of ones taste...
