Top notch recipe! Added chocolate chips and coconut flakes to the batter, and coconut flakes on top which toasted nicely during baking. Finally, poured an ounce of rum over top after baking. The bread is quite crumbly, but moist and delicious like a dessert. Serve with ice cream, highly recommended!
