- 2.5 oz. dark chocolate (very finely grated, I used a microplane, either semisweet or bittersweet will work)
- 1/2 tsp. powdered gelatin
- 1 Tbsp. whole milk (or cold water)
- 4 oz. pumpkin puree (canned or homemade, not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
