- 1/2 cup apple sauce (unsweetened)
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt (regular salt works fine)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 4 large egg whites
- 1 can pumpkin (15 oz)
- 2 cups oat flour (find out how you can make your own oat flour here)
- 2 scoops chocolate (Shakeology, or try the new vanilla variety)
- 1/2 cup almond milk (coconut milk or skim milk)
- 1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
