I brought these peppermint meringues to church for a Christmas cookie exchange and they were a hit. My own picky kids loved them, and everyone else loved them, too. We couldn't bring any cookies home from the exchange because we don't do flour and sugar, but we made an extra batch of these babies with (a little cocoa powder added on the second round) and my children were so grateful for the goodies that they promised to be good for the rest of their lives.
