- 15 drops mint extract (totally depends on taste)

- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup candy cane (chopped)
- 1 cup buttermilk (made your own: 250ml milk at room temp + 1 tbsp vinegar/lemon juice, leave to stand for 10 min)
- frosting (Pink Peppermint)
- 250 grams butter (at room temperature)
- 8 oz. cream cheese (cold)
- 500 grams icing sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 10 drops peppermint extract (totally depends on taste)
- pink food colouring
