- 3/4 cup peanut butter (for filling)
- 3 oz. reduced fat cream cheese (softened, for filling)
- 1 Tbsp. butter (softened, for filling)
- 3 egg yolks (for filling)
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar (for filling)
- 2 Tbsp. all purpose flour (for filling)
- 1,825 oz. Duncan Hines Devil's Food Cake Mix
- 5.9 oz. instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup coffee (warm, or water)
- 1 3/4 cups mini chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips (for glaze)
- 3 Tbsp. butter (for glaze)
- 1 Tbsp. light corn syrup (for glaze)
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract (for glaze)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 12-cup bundt pan with cooking spray.
- For filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat peanut butter, cream cheese and butter until combined. Add egg yolks, one at a time, and beat until combined. Mix in vanilla. Be sure to scrape down the sides. Pour in sugar and flour, mix until combined. Scrape mixture into a gallon-sized resealable plastic bag. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- For cake: In a large bowl, mix together the cake and pudding mixes, sour cream, oil, beaten eggs and water. Stir in the chocolate chips and pour 1/2 of batter into bundt pan.
