These cookies are not overly sweet & help satisfy chocolate cravings. They are good for either breakfast or a snack. I used a mixed nut butter from Costco instead of PB. The dough was pretty runny so I refrigerated it for an hour which helped to firm it up a bit. The cookies baked up just fine. I made them smaller than the recipe called for so I was able to yield two dozen. I froze most of them for quick breakfasts & later uses. I will definitely will make these again.
