- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- creamy peanut butter (unchecked¼ cup unsweetened)
- 1 cup Monk Fruit in the Raw (® Keto Bakers Bag)
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. fine sea salt
- unsalted peanuts (unchecked⅓ cup finely chopped roasted)
- butter fat (Chocolate Peanut, Bombs)

Directions
- 1. In a medium bowl combine cream cheese, peanut butter, monk fruit, cocoa powder, and salt. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth.
- 2. Use a small ice cream scoop or a tablespoon to measure out mixture in heaping tablespoonfuls. Roll into balls.
- 3. Spread peanuts on a plate and roll balls in peanuts.
- 4. Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
