Really easy and pretty good!
I didn’t have enough oily peanut butter, so I used regular earth balance with coconut. While mixing, I took a taste and found it slightly too bitter. I added more stevia, unsure of the amount ( my container has a squirt top) I did a taste test after and it was better. It wasn’t horrible before, I just share this with my boyfriend and it has to taste better :)
Afterwards, we forgot to add the salt on top. It was a very good recipe. I would recommend and will make again!

Definitely reduce the coco powder, and likely add some butter to the mix next time. They're very bitter and I'd love if the peanut butter was a bit more pronounced in the flavour

It was outstanding! So quick and easy to and I wanted to surprise my mom that’s on a Keto diet.

Perfect afternoon snack - added a teaspoon of honey instead of stevia and the worked well. Made them in a full sized muffin pan about 1/3 of a silicon muffin case, and they were a little too much so might make more with smaller portions in same size pan next time.

Great recipe! I substituted powered Swerve sweetener in place of the liquid stevia.
