- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup mashed bananas
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- banana (slices, optional)
- 3 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter (Don't use natural- it won't work. I used Skippy and it melted fantastically!)

I made mine without peanut butter and extra bananas on top and it still came out pretty good. Tasted more like a chocolate banana cake which was great. Cook temp and time was perfect. Only complaint was that it fell apart a little bit more than normal.

It was delicious, but I may have left it in a little too long because it turned out more like cake rather than moist banana bread. Recommend allowing for this when testing its done-ness.
