Make sure your milk is room temperature or it may cause your mixture to be too thick! I added an extra 1/4 cup of warm almond milk (instead of regular milk), an extra tablespoon of sugar, and a teaspoon of vanilla and these were so fluffy!

I added an extra 1/4 cup of (almond) milk because the batter was really thick and sprinkled some chia seeds into it. It felt like I was eating cake for breakfast! :D The pancakes were perfect even without the sauce.

Turned out great! I used about a cup of milk to thin the batter, it was very good. I also added blueberries. Will make this again for sure!

Love this recepie.
Just adding one or two tablespoons more sigar as my husband prefers very sweet pancakes.
