These pancakes taste amazing my whole family thinks its a keeper, although my brothers said it didn't taste sweet, I'm the type of person who thinks less sugar better, I did add a teaspoon of vanilla extract and, used canola oil, plus I add water to my coconut milk. Plus these made a lot of pancakes that my family of 6 can have seconds and have leftovers, enjoy :D.
