This is one of the best chocolate cakes I've ever made. I used a regular chocolate buttermilk icing with a dark chocolate ganache on top. I highly recommend! It tastes just like a Terry's chocolate Orange! Very impressive! I baked it in one large layer spring form pan, took 60 minutes to bake completely, reduced temperature half way through cooking to 300F, next time I'd cook at 320F the whole time to get a more even bake. Regardless, it wasn't dry, and was DELICIOUS!
