Description
This dessert is a beautiful and delicious treat. Crisp and buttery puff pastry is formed into cones which will hold a rich and delicate chocolate mousse. This is a great recipe to make with kids, once the cones are baked give each child a cone and a bowl of mousse for them to fill it with. A selection of fresh fruits and nuts can be set out so they can each customize their own dessert.

- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- First make the knot molds. Take a large piece of aluminum foil and fold it corner to corner three times, ending with a thick triangle. Roll one side of the triangle towards the other to make a 3D cone shape. Do not flatten.
- Next, cut the puff pastry into 2-inch strips.
