It was great! First time I've ever made mousse! Loved it and my grandparents loved it!

easy and lovely. flavor adjustment can be done: for a more chocolaty taste, reduce or remove the vanilla and add 3 oz of bittersweet chocolate

I made these with my best friend at her house and they were AMAZING! Her family loved them too which is a plus, it is a very rich and creamy recipe, and for some, may be too chocolatey, but we added some strawberry’s on the top and they were PERFECT 😫

I didn’t add sugar and butter. The mousse still set, so no complaint from me.

I used 60% dark chocolate and I put a little bit less sugar than it called for hoping it wouldn’t be so sweet. It still turned out very sweet, it’s pretty dense and rich. I was looking for something lighter and less sweet. If you are like me, tone down the sugar a lot for this recipe.

Delicious and pretty easy. You can even skip the sugar as it's quite rich as it is.

Choice of chocolate matters a lot and you should know what you’re doing in terms of beating the egg whites, but it turned out amazing!!
