I’ve tried many mousse recipes and this one is the best. First I’d done with the egg whites, but definitely works. Not gritty like some others I’ve made. I did beat the egg whites and the cream, respectively, for much longer than the time given in the recipe - focus on the desired stiffness

Wonderful recipe but I found I had to whip the cream longer than the recipe stated.

Yum!!! Came out perfectly. I melted the baker’s chocolate half way on defrost in my microwave then added the butter and gave about another minute on defrost and let cool while I whipped up the cream snd sugar. Came out fantastic! Tastes delicious. This recipe is a winner! I’ll be making again soon. I’m sure it’ll be a fav.
