Description
These yummy chocolate mochi muffins have a slightly chewy and fudgy texture and are completely gluten-free. They are my favorite to bring to a potluck.
Ingredients

- 200 grams sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (or coconut oil)
- 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 12 oz. evaporated milk (or canned coconut milk)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
