- 3 cups fresh spinach (loosely packed)
- 4 drops peppermint (high-quality, dietary-safe, essential oil OR 1/2 tsp peppermint extract, learn where to get therapeutic-grade oils here)
- 2.5 oz. chocolate bar (good-quality dark, finely chopped, I usedthis one, which is lightly sweetened with coconut sugar)
