Made cupcakes with it. It has a very beautiful rise but it was a bit bland and dry after a day or so. Possibly too much baking soda. Next time Id probably add an egg, do all brown sugar, add some chocolate chips and def reduce baking soda to 1/2 tsp and add 1 tsp of baking powder.

Turned out perfect! Flavor was super rich while not being overly sweet! Texture was spot on. I had all of the ingredients on hand. I made mine into cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday so filled them 3/4 way full and I baked them for 18-20ish minutes depending on when the toothpick came out clean.
