Pretty yummy! Hard to believe it turns into three layers, since it starts out sooo sloppy. But it does! Like a science experiment! Too fun!

This is the best cake ever! I made it for my younger sisters birthday on Tuesday and now I’m planning to make the lemon one for a Mother’s Day brunch tomorrow. This is hands down my new favorite cake and my parents agree. I would love to see this in a coconut flavor!

Turned out well, 50 minutes in my oven. Used dark cocoa. Dusting with powedered sugar adds right amount of sweetness.
