I often end up with extra egg yolks from other recipes. And it feels kind of awful to waste them. This is the best recipe I found so far that nicely uses them up and turns out really great! This recipe nicely makes five 3 inch ramekins. This is my first time making a recipe, so when the timer went off and I checked them I wasn’t sure if they were done the text are still seemed a bit moist on top… So I put them in for an extra two minutes and I did end up slightly over bake mine, so the center was not as runny as I would prefer. The timing on the recipe is exact. If you’ve never made them use exact time in the recipe, and pull them out, they will be fine!
