- 2 cups old fashioned oats (rolled/, be sure to use gluten free oats, if needed)
- 2/3 almonds (roasted hazelnuts, or other nut of choice, I used sliced almonds)
- 1/3 cup shredded unsweetened coconut (finely)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder (can omit for plain granola)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (honey, coconut nectar, or other liquid sweetener of choice)
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cups yogurt (choice, I used unsweetened coconut yogurt)
- 1/3 cup freeze-dried raspberries (finely ground, or strawberries, can use more or less to taste, optional, for flavor and color)
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup (honey, or other sweetener of choice, can use more or less to taste, optional)
- 3 cups fresh fruit (choice, I used strawberries and raspberries)
- dark chocolate (squares/shavings, optional)
