This Chocolate Granola combines decadent powder chocolate with maple syrup, blueberry juice, more chocolate, almonds and grated coconut. The texture and taste will not only satisfy the sweet tooth, but also provide a hearty breakfast, dessert or snack any time of the day. Use it to create granola bars, or add milk for a tasty treat.

- 1/4 cup chocolate (powder)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. juice (blueberry)
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup grated coconut

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Mix the oats and chocolate powder in a bowl.
- Mix in the oil, blueberry juice, vanilla, and maple syrup.
