- 1 Tbsp. coffee extract
- 2 pt. chocolate chip ice cream (softened slightly)
- 2 pt. strawberry ice cream (softened slightly)
- 2 1/2 cups heavy cream (chilled)
- 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 8 oz. bittersweet chocolate (coarsely chopped)
