- 6 oz. bittersweet chocolate (melted and cooled to 85-100 degrees)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 6 oz. semisweet chocolate (good, recommended: Callebaut)
- 1/2 lb. unsalted butter (at room temperature)
- 1 large egg yolk (extra-, at room temperature)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar (sifted)
- 1 Tbsp. instant coffee powder
