- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar (or kombucha, kefir, etc)
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 1 cup dry sweetener (natural, choice, I used coconut sugar)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt (unrefined)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (gently melted)
- 10 oz. chocolate chips (allergy-friendly, This is enough to completely cover ¾ of the donuts, use 5 ounces more if you want to cover all of them)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
