- 2/3 cup light brown sugar (tightly packed)
- 1/4 cup glucose (or 2T corn syrup)
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 chocolate crumbs (recipe of the above)
- 1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup dried cherries (cut into small pieces, if they are big)
